Wednesday in West Virginia

Hello to all of our blog followers out there!
This has been a good day for the group! With God's help, we traveled safely from Georgia to West Virginia. We had to leave at 6:30 this morning but we made it! :) Tonight we were at Faith Baptist Church with Pastor Lambert. This church was hidden in the middle of what seemed like nowhere but it is a growing ministry with beautiful facilities. God is truly blessing them! Kyle was happy because this is the church that one of his sisters and her husband attends, so he got to spend a little time with them. We had the privilege of meeting Santana Barton, who will be attending Champion this coming fall. We had a great time eating at Cracker Barrel after the service and spending some time with her just hanging out and chatting about college life and our travels so far this summer.
Monday we had a great day at Six Flags. Sorry that I don't have any pictures posted of that. I was too busy riding EVERY RIDE IN THE PARK! :) lol...so I only got a few pictures and they weren't too exciting. But take my word for it, it was a fun day. Poor Lauren got sunburnt, ALOT! But she's feeling better now.
Tomorrow and Friday we will be singing at a camp here in West Virginia. I apologize for not remembering the name of it, I'm kinda sleepy right now. :) But I do ask that you keep us in your prayers for travel to and from the camp, and that the Lord will work on the hearts of the young people who will be in attendance. Thank you so much for checking up on us and for your comments and prayers! They are a huge blessing and encouragement! Until next time...

Some more state signs!!! We couldn't take one with West Virginia because it was
suspended above the highway...that was kinda impossible to get a picture with :)

Another Great Weekend In Georgia!

Hey Everybody!
Well, this has been an awesome weekend! Saturday we had the opportunity to sing at the Georgia Youth Fellowship. The Lord showed up during the special music and there wasn't a dry eye in the building. Bro. Joe Arthur brought a great message on destiny and not selling out to the devil. Thank you to all of those who prayed for the meeting that night! I believe that the lives of many teens were touched. Praise the Lord!
This morning we were at North Point Baptist Church with Pastor Rodney Agan. We had the privilege of singing in Sunday school and in the morning service. Pastor Agan brought a message out of Matthew chapter 19 titled "When Things Don't Go As Planned." He has been preaching a series on Fireproofing your marriage. After church they invited us to eat at a cook-out with the teens and it was so good! :)
Tonight we drove to Loganville, GA to Victory Baptist Church. Bro. Tony brought a message from Matthew 4 on safety in the midst of the storm. It was a great reminder that God is always there to calm any problem or "storm" in our life in His perfect time. After the service, the church treated us to pizza and four different kinds of homemade icecream.
Please continue to pray for our safety and that the Lord will be with us in our meetings this summer. Yes, we're trying to spread the word about Champion but more important than that, we want to glorify God and be a blessing to churches across the country. Thanks so much...
